All executives and employees of the company, as well as any third parties acting on its behalf, are prohibited from offering, promising, or giving bribes to anyone, as well as from requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting bribes from anyone.

Diremia has established anti-corruption measures to maintain high ethical standards and protect its reputation against any allegations of Corruption or Bribery.

This policy applies to all individuals within the Company, regardless of their position or job title, including senior executives, managers, employees (permanent, fixed-term, or temporary), consultants, contractors, students, and trainees.

Non-compliance with this policy, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in disciplinary actions and criminal prosecution of the individual involved, in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.

Employees are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of wrongdoing as soon as they become aware of them.

No employee will suffer any repercussions for raising genuine concerns regarding bribery, corruption, improper donations, or facilitation payments.
